Overweight and obesity affect the entire population. This problem is related to what people eat every day and the choices they make in doing so. Current measurement instruments targeting eating behavior are time-consuming and not suitable for contextualizing this behavior in daily life. The FoodSampler project investigates new strategies and methods to support overweight people in tracking and changing their eating habits. In addition to food intake, data on the life situation of a person is also collected. The feedback on the methods used is immediately incorporated in the research for further improvement.
