In 2013, the association for the engineering industry (FME) has assembled a group of innovative parties around the theme “Self-management in home care”. The challenge in this project was to dynamically better match the supply of professional services to the needs of the individual care customer.
In the context of the IPC project, a close collaboration with ViaMaere existed. An online platform was jointly developed that allows professional care services to be offered, tasks to be initiated and monitored, and the distribution of tasks and follow-up between clients, caregivers and service providers to be adjusted.
