ConnectedCare, Dutch Postal Company PostNL and Movements Group have started a strategic collaboration. The three partners together initiated the community platform HLTP (“Het langer thuis platform“), which builds on the HalloZorg platform developed by ConnectedCare.

The HLTP platform brings together communities of senior citizens, and facilitates information sharing and communication within the community. As a next step, the HLTP platform will provide access to on-demand services (e.g. laundry, meals on wheels, cleaning). For those clients in need of care, the platform provides integration with monitoring and security technology. The map below shows an overview of pilot projects with HLTP which are currently running or which will start early 2020.
